Dayton Industrial Corporation's Model AF852 Receiver Monitor is a special purpose receiver for the 30-50 MHz public service band used by police and fire departments for distance communications. This receiver is designed to meet professional monitoring and EAS equipment input requirements. It includes subaudible tone decoder/audio control using the CTCSS (standard 39 tones) for interference reduction. The PLL design receiver has frequency selection by internal DIP and BCD. The 12-volt DC operating voltage is derived from a wall-mounted module or other 12-volt DC source.
